This Privacy Policy covers jamesscutt.com, 60spov.com and customerledgrowth.co.uk. All three websites are run by James Scutt, based in the United Kingdom. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean James Scutt.

This policy explains what information we collect when you visit any of our websites, why we collect it, and what your rights are. It applies wherever you are in the world, but we follow UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
We try to collect as little information as possible. Depending on how you use our sites, we may collect:
● Basic visit information, such as which pages you view and roughly where in the world you are, collected automatically through website statistics.
● Your name and email address, if you sign up to a newsletter, mailing list or contact form.
● Any information you choose to send us directly, for example in an email or a message.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, such as details about health, religion, or political views.

Our websites use a small number of cookies, mostly to help the site run properly and to understand visitor numbers. Each site has its own short Cookies page explaining exactly what is used, since this can vary slightly between sites.

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the reasons it was collected. For example, if you unsubscribe from a newsletter, we will remove you from future mailings, though a basic record may be kept for a short period to prove you unsubscribed.

Our websites are built using Google Sites, and any newsletter is likely to be sent through a separate provider. This means your information may be stored on servers outside the UK. Where this happens, the providers we use are large, well-established companies with their own safeguards in place to protect your information.
Our websites are not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
If we introduce paid digital products in future, we will update this policy to explain any extra information we collect as part of that, such as payment or order details. In that case, payments will be handled by a specialist payment provider, not stored by us directly.
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we add new features to our websites. The “Last updated” date at the top will always show when it was last changed.
