The Director of User Experience (UX) is responsible for overseeing the design and development of user-centric digital experiences. This role involves leading a team of UX designers and researchers, collaborating with product and development teams, and ensuring that the end products are intuitive, engaging, and meet customer needs.
Lead and motivate a team of UX designers and researchers to deliver high-quality designs.
Develop and advocate for UX design standards and best practices across the organisation.

A bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Potential career advancement includes positions such as Vice President of User Experience, Chief Digital Officer, or roles in overall product management.
