The Data Analyst (Customer Insights) is responsible for interpreting and analysing customer data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role focuses on understanding customer behaviour and preferences to inform marketing strategies and improve overall customer experience.
Collect and manage customer data from various sources, including surveys, sales records, and website analytics.
Analyse data to discover trends, patterns, and relationships that can inform marketing and product strategies.
Create visualisations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns based on insights.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of customer-focused initiatives over time.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualisation software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data sets.
Good communication skills for presenting insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
Attention to detail and an ability to work with large datasets.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in a data analysis role or internship focusing on customer data is preferred.
