Role Profile: UX Design Lead

Overview

The UX Design Lead is responsible for overseeing the user experience design process, ensuring that digital products are user-friendly and visually appealing. This role involves leading a team of designers, collaborating with stakeholders, and conducting research to understand user needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design team in creating user-centric designs for websites and applications.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights.
